Amy Walker Official Returns Policy
We welcome you to our official Returns Policy. We acknowledge that purchases sometimes do not meet expectations, and we facilitate product returns under stringent, predefined conditions. Your agreement to these terms at the point of purchase is legally binding, and no exceptions will be granted.
1. How to Initiate a Return
You are eligible to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. To begin the process, you must strictly follow these steps:

Pre-Approval is Mandatory: You must ensure your return has been pre-approved by our customer service team. Any shipment sent without this prior official approval will be rejected upon arrival.

3. Binding Return Conditions and Requirements
For a return to be successfully processed, all items must adhere to these requirements:

Return Period: The product must be returned within the 30-day period following your receipt. Returns that are shipped or received beyond this deadline will not be accepted or refunded.

Product Condition: The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received: unused, unworn, and enclosed in its original packaging.

Hygiene Exclusions: For health and hygiene standards, items such as bikinis, lingerie, and underwear are strictly excluded from returns.

Track & Trace Requirement: A Track & Trace code is mandatory for all returns. You must share this code with us to monitor the shipment. Failure to provide a valid Track & Trace code will result in the forfeiture of your right to a refund.
4. Costs and Risk

Customer Responsibility for Costs: The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China, with expected costs starting at €20.

Processing Fee: A return fee may apply during the return process itself, or the cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Return Risk: The entire return process, including transit and customs clearance, is at the customer's own risk. We accept no responsibility for products lost, damaged, or held up at customs during the transit back to our facility.
5. Refund Procedure

Inspection: Once your approved return package is received and thoroughly inspected at our warehouse, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Processing Time: If the refund is approved, the funds will be processed within 30 days and credited back to your original payment method.

Follow-Up: If the refund is not received after 30 days, we strongly advise checking your bank account or payment provider again before contacting our customer service for further assistance.
